The First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College is a Classⅲ Grade A general hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, health care and first aid. Founded in 1973, the hospital was formerly the Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College. In 1993, it was renamed as the Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College. In 2016, it became the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College. The campusis located in Longhua Road, Longhua District, Haikou City, covering an area of 59 mu, with 1500 established beds and 1747 actual open beds. In 1996, it passed the evaluation of the third grade hospital for the first time.
